CLI-default mode & expanded CLI reference

• CLI is now the default integration mode — simpler, no background process. MCP remains available as opt-in via .claude/wonk.local.md.
• Removed .mcp.json; added mode selection step to setup skill.
• Rewrote using-wonk skill with full CLI reference covering all v4.11.0 flags:
  • wonk sym: --file (restrict results to a specific file)
  • wonk search: --raw, --smart, --semantic
  • wonk summary: --detail outline|rich
  • wonk blast: --include-tests, --min-confidence
  • wonk callers/callees/callpath/context/flows/changes: --min-confidence
  • wonk flows: --branching
  • wonk update: --force
• Updated README with mode selection documentation.
