InspireGridGeneration: now doesn't need a extent definition at configuration if polygon mode is selected.

⬆️Features

ContinuousTimeSegmentation Added functionality for executing the component only for the events of the chosen domain(s). The domains are chosen via the configuration variable: domains_to_include.

CellFootprint: Improved performance of the component when configuration parameter do_dynamic_coverage_range_calculation is False.
Grid_Id: 8 bytes -> 4 bytes: Refactored grid module. The grid_id encoding has been reduced from 8 bytes (LongInteger) to 4 bytes (Integer) using a local grid for the country of study in intermediate components. Final outputs are mapped to INSPIRE grid.

Added Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and related license documentation at the licenses directory. Added license generation scripts at: resources/scripts/license.
InternalMigration: Internal migration uses standard paths for reading its input data objects instead of newly defined entries at the general_config.ini file.
