First release. Right-click a note or folder → Open as md2hd map, or use the Map the current folder / Map the whole vault commands. The map live-updates as the vault changes.

Install: drop manifest.json and main.js into <vault>/.obsidian/plugins/md2hd/ and enable the plugin.
