OpenJLPT v0.2.0

Adds structured JLPT grammar points and bumps both the npm and Python packages to 0.2.0.

What's new

• Grammar dataset — 100 curated seed grammar points, 20 per level (N5–N1)
  • JSON, CSV, and a new grammar table in the SQLite database
  • Schema: pattern, level, meaning, formation, examples, tags, notes
  • Source files live in sources/grammar/
• Loaders updated in both languages:
  • TypeScript: getGrammar, findGrammar, searchGrammar
  • Python: get_grammar, find_grammar, search_grammar
• CI validates grammar schema and counts alongside vocab and kanji
• README updated with grammar counts, examples, and checked roadmap item

Note

This is a v0.1 seed grammar dataset. The schema and tooling are production-ready; the data is a starting point for community expansion.
