EU Data Act subscription not configured

Description

I am experiencing an issue with EVCC and an Audi A6 e-tron.

The vehicle is configured successfully and EVCC can authenticate with my MyAudi account. The EU Data Act consent has been accepted in the Audi portal, and all data-sharing permissions are enabled.

However, EVCC continuously reports the following error:

EU Data Act subscription not configured

In addition, when the charger is set to Solar mode, charging starts and continues at approximately 3.5 kW even when there is no PV surplus available. For example:

• PV production: 0.5 kW
• House consumption: 0.8 kW
• Grid import: 3.8 kW
• Vehicle charging power: 3.5 kW

Despite importing power from the grid, EVCC does not stop the charging session in Solar mode.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with Audi PPE vehicles or the recent EU Data Act changes?

Same here. Exact the same behaviour (Error message and charging)
Everything (EU data bla bla) has been accepted.

Newest "stable" EVCC version running on a Raspberry.

Same here. Exact the same behavior (regular Error message)
EU data accepted and successful connection established. Charging is working properly as well.

Same here with a Cupra Born which is configured via yaml to the wallbox. No guest cars allowed in my setup.
The log shows one error after the other always same Message:

	Prerequisite (one-time, in a browser): log in to the portal, confirm the
	consent screen, link the vehicle and enable a continuous data request
	(every 15 minutes). Without this activation the portal returns no data.
	Data is refreshed roughly every 15 minutes.

I've got the same problem with my etron GT. I logged in to the eu-data-act using the link provided in the evcc interface and linked everything up successfully on that webpage. But alas, I still get the error "EU Data Act subscription not configured" in the evcc interface. Thx for the support and the effort maintaining evcc :) Cheers

Hi @StefanSchoof ,

thanks for the hint. The pure registration didn't solve the problem but the regular delivery of data packages every 15 minutes! I did this additional step in the portal and now the issue in evcc does not appear anymore.

Same here, ID.Buzz. I wasn't completely certain what I need to do in order to "configure EU Data Act subscription". I logged into https://eu-data-act.drivesomethinggreater.com/ and accepted everything until I was able to request a dataset. I don't see anything else that I could enable / acknowledge.

Yes. Inside the zip file is a JSON file. You can view this file in a text editor, or extract the relevant data fields manually, e.g. like this:

That file seems to be always at least two hours old. The error message in evcc is gone, but the charging level is still "--".
Will this become better?

Edit: looked at the json, I find "dataFieldName" like "lock_state", "energyflow", "led_color", "remaining_charging_time_target_soc", "charging_reason_trigger", "plug_state", but no "battery_level_HV". Is that normal?

Edit.v2: I now found a key "state_of_charge" - is that used by evcc?

Right. I assumed that battery_level_HV was universal, but that was wrong. It's present on my ID.Buzz but not on my e-Up!. I suppose you need to look at the complete JSON and find the field that matters.

You should be able to find out by running evcc -l debug vehicle. That's more reliable than guessing here. I use something like this:

Hey All,

I can confirm you need to go to https://audiid.vwgroup.io/account and in your profile you can accept the EU Cloud Act as well and the data will be send!

Best way --> Login to Audi
https://www.audi.de/de/myaudi/profile/audi-id/

Go to Profile --> Change To Audi-ID --> On the Bottom of the Page you see your cars and can accept the EU Act
