Verify your download before installing:

sha256sum -c evebb-v2.0.0-beta.1.zip.sha256

The in-app updater (Admin → Maintenance) performs this SHA-256 check
automatically and refuses to install a package whose checksum does
not match. When a GPG signing key is configured for the repository
(secrets GPG_PRIVATE_KEY / GPG_PASSPHRASE), a detached signature
(.sha256.asc) is also attached.
