Changes
- Updates the EventHorizon.RocketMQ.Remoting dependency to 0.3.1.
- Adopts the corrected classic POP terminal retry behavior: normal retries at the delivery limit follow the age-based invisibility schedule instead of being implicitly forwarded to the dead-letter queue.
- Keeps the EventHorizon.RocketMQ.Grpc dependency at 0.3.0.
