Lingora 0.0.8 — AI-assisted multilingual engine for WordPress.

Highlights

  • Fix language prefix routing on root installs (language pages no longer 404).
  • Translated slugs now route for all public custom post types.
  • Human translations are protected from automatic background writes; the queue uses token-claimed leases, bounded retries with backoff, and visible failure states.
  • Explicit AI consent gate; requests use safe HTTPS endpoints with zero redirects, response caps, and redacted errors.
  • Resumable public-content scanner that excludes private, password-protected, authenticated, and commerce pages.

  • Regression matrix: WordPress 6.4 / 7.1.3 × PHP 8.1 / 8.5 — activation, smoke, and 141 assertions per combo, all passing (frontend/privacy, URL routing, REST/AI safety, queue/scanner/slug concurrency).
