Studio media coverage

  • H3 Max image, video and audio references, including audio-only guidance. Video reference estimates bind measured source frame counts, not guessed FPS.
  • Seven Studio image models: Ideogram 4.5, Grok Imagine Image, Flux 3, Nano Banana 2.1, GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite Image and Gemini 3 Pro Image.
  • Ordered image references and Ideogram precision masks.
  • ElevenLabs v4 voice-over, MiniMax Music 3, Stable Audio 2.5 scores and ElevenLabs sound effects.
  • Native image/audio formats, hash-verified reference inputs, fixed provider endpoints and no automatic repeat submission after uncertain provider acceptance.

Upgrade existing miners

everycli update
everycli worker-update --check
everycli worker-update
everycli offers
everycli doctor

Use your original management profile. update replaces the CLI only; worker-update discovers a compatible signed package and updates the existing workload. The shared public coordinator now provides individually scoped updates for compatible bound public miners; no manual invitation file is needed. Fresh verified attestation is required before model permissions expand. Do not create a second VM to upgrade. Reconcile an unbound or uncertain deployment first.

New contracts require the matching provider credentials and their own explicit offers. Existing bids/discounts and accepting/paused state are preserved, not copied to new models. If only three models remain available, check the deployed worker and its attestation, not only the CLI version.

As of 13 October 2026, the reviewed worker contains 69 contracts, with 27 currently priced across Fal, OpenRouter and Vivix. Contract counts are not unique-model counts. Traffic still requires current pricing, accepted offers, capabilities, available capacity and budget. This release does not mean every Director transformation or app request is miner-served.

Paid website verification — 13 October 2026

An owner miner updated through the normal public CLI flow on its existing VM. Two explicitly labeled operator-funded website requests completed through that miner, with accepted signed receipts and verified output hashes, without direct fallback:

  • H3 Max Turbo, 5-second portrait video at 768p: about 12.6 seconds to completed website delivery.
  • Grok Imagine Image, portrait: about 15.4 seconds to completed website delivery.

These are completed-delivery observations, not first-frame latency, an SLA, verification of all 27 contracts, or an alpha-payment claim. An earlier video fell back directly and is not counted as a miner pass. The owner was restored to paused with temporary test offers withdrawn; other miner VMs were not updated automatically.

Known customer-billing limitation: a 10% miner bid reduced serving value from $0.20 to $0.18, but the successful video still charged 30 customer credits, not 27. Customer-credit pass-through remains unresolved. Work-value estimates are not actual provider invoices or profit guarantees.

See the mining guide and validation record.

Release code merged via PR #23. This documentation update does not change the v0.4.0 tag or binaries.

Safe-failover worker patch — 13 October 2026

A separately signed worker update is now available through everycli worker-update using the existing v0.4.0 CLI. It does not replace the v0.4.0 CLI binaries or tag.

  • Confirmed pre-generation authentication, billing, capacity and missing-key rejections can move a job to another eligible miner, with at most three distinct miners, the original deadline/reservation, and no additional customer charge.
  • Ambiguous submissions, timeouts, accepted paid generations, moderation and invalid input are not blindly retried.
  • The worker preserves fixed, non-secret reasons. Inspect coordinator.recentFailures in everycli status --json; previously discarded errors cannot be recovered.
  • Fresh, attested zero USD balances exclude affected provider offers; unsupported balance queries, including Vivix, are not treated as zero credits.

The coordinator changes are deployed. Existing miners must run everycli worker-update from their original management profile and pass fresh attestation. Publishing this patch does not update their VMs automatically. No additional paid production generation was used to verify this patch.
