AI cover generation via Codex gpt-image-2

Right-click a novel in the library: "Generate cover with AI", unlocked
only when the codex CLI is detected. The app builds an art brief from
the novel itself (title, author, language, codex lore and locations,
first timeline events) and codex paints and saves the PNG inside its
workspace-write sandbox; the result is downscaled, re-encoded as JPEG
and set as the cover. The library now probes agents on mount.
