Deaf Data Lab v0.2.1 — cleaner Markdown answers

Choose a tag to compare

@ewilliam ewilliam released this 29 Sep 21:31

Fixes raw HTML disclosure tags and oversized technical appendices in plugin answers.

  • Uses portable Markdown instead of HTML details/summary elements.
  • Keeps findings, uncertainty, population scope, material caveats and citations visible.
  • Provides canonical queries and audit details on request instead of appending JSON and hashes to routine answers.
  • Reduces repeated methods and provenance on follow-ups.
  • Updates the shared skill guidance and the live MCP server instructions together.

Downloads: choose chatgpt-skills.zip for ChatGPT skills uploads, claude.zip for Claude plugin uploads, or portable.zip for Agent Plugins 1.0 hosts. Codex and Claude Code users can refresh the existing GitHub marketplace. Start a new chat after updating. ChatGPT skills uploads still require the separately registered MCP connection described in the README. SHA256SUMS covers all three archives.

Verification: bun run verify:all passed all 25 tasks (17 opt-in local-data/performance tests skipped). All archive checksums and updated skill contents were checked. Claude manifest validation and Codex local marketplace registration passed. A live Codex conversation using the v0.2.1 skill files and public MCP tools produced a concise Markdown table and citation, with no raw HTML, JSON block, hashes or internal release IDs. Production MCP verification confirmed all six tool definitions, the updated guide, the Texas comparison, complete JSON/CSV export bytes and hashes, and hostile-origin rejection. Comparison rows and provenance identities matched the pre-deployment baseline.

Claude conversation verification was attempted but blocked by an expired OAuth session. Full multi-client conversations, ChatGPT/Claude web upload acceptance, attachment delivery and Deaf-user comprehension evaluations remain pending. This owner-authorized patch publication does not claim that the complete original acceptance gate or independent scientific review has passed.

Deaf Data Lab v0.2.0 — client upload packages

Choose a tag to compare

@ewilliam ewilliam released this 29 Sep 04:24

Adds client-specific packages for Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Claude. All packages retain the same three skills and their shared interpretation reference.

Download the asset for your client:

  • Claude web/Desktop/Cowork: deaf-data-0.2.0-claude.zip — standalone plugin with skills and remote MCP configuration. Review connector setup in Claude; add the public endpoint manually if it is not imported.
  • ChatGPT: deaf-data-0.2.0-chatgpt-skills.zip — standalone skills upload. Register https://deaf-data.vercel.app/mcp separately with no authentication and select both. A maintainer can generate a single connected package using your actual plugin_asdk_app... ID with the included archive builder.
  • Codex and Claude Code: continue to use the GitHub marketplace. See README for installation commands.
  • Portable hosts: deaf-data-0.2.0-portable.zip includes Agent Plugins 1.0 manifests and Streamable HTTP configuration.

Do not upload GitHub's auto-generated Source code ZIP as an individual plugin. Use the named release assets. SHA256SUMS covers all three archives. MIT licensed.

Validation: 19 distribution tests, Codex/ChatGPT compatibility manifest validation, Claude manifest validation, and isolated Claude Code installation/uninstallation passed. Full repository verification passed all 25 tasks; optional real-data tests remain skipped. No completed ChatGPT or Claude web/Desktop upload, model-conversation, attachment-delivery, or Deaf-user acceptance is claimed. These packages prepare the supported installation paths; account-specific connection and host acceptance still require testing.

This owner-authorized release does not assert that the original complete acceptance gate passed. Public directory submission/review is separate from GitHub publication.

Verification and known limitations

  • Full repository verification: all 25 tasks passed, including application, pipeline, smoke and populated-browser checks. Optional real-data tests remain skipped in the credential-free suite.
  • Codex manifest validation and Claude Code marketplace validation, isolated install and uninstall passed.
  • Hosted MCP checks verified all six tools, three resources, historical comparison, complete CSV/JSON bytes and digests, and hostile-origin rejection.
  • Full client conversation, upgrade, attachment-delivery and Deaf-user comprehension evaluations remain pending. This owner-authorized publication does not represent passage of those acceptance gates. Use the documented text/reproduction fallback unless your client supplies an actual downloadable attachment.
  • MIT applies to the plugin code and documentation; data definitions, provenance and limitations remain those reported by the service.
