Windvale 0.1.0 preview

Windvale 0.1.0 is the first installable product preview of the native,
self-hosting Windvale stack. The normal Windows and Linux compiler, runtime,
assembler, linker, inspector, launcher, and verification paths do not require
.NET.

This remains an experimental 0.x release. Language, bytecode, package, and
runtime contracts may change in later previews.

Download and extract Windvale-0.1.0-release-envelope.zip, then run from the
extracted Windvale-0.1.0-Release directory:

This immutable release preserves the frozen C#/.NET Stage 0 implementation and
its complete recovery evidence after .NET retirement from Windvale's normal
Windows and Linux build, verification, test, packaging, execution, and bootstrap
workflows.

• native compiler Stage 1/Stage 2 convergence on Windows and Debian; and
• the complete native WebAssembly owner on Windows and Linux.

The exact published bundle also passed the paired
Stage 0 release recovery proof:

• Windows x64 recovery: 344.2 seconds;
• Linux x64 recovery of the identical Windows-generated bundle: 332 seconds;
• historical native compiler-seed reconstruction: passed;
• archived native front-door admission: passed; and
• reconstructed current native compiler convergence: passed.

Windows Git 2.55.0.windows.3 and Linux Git 2.54.0 independently generated the
same commit, tree, source inventory, artifact inventory, dependency inventory,
license inventory, and runbook. Git's valid compressed pack representation may
vary between Git versions; this release therefore publishes the one exact bundle
that the paired proof recovered on both hosts.

Managed convergence was not rerun because it is optional frozen-baseline
comparison evidence, not part of the normal .NET-free retirement gate. The
release runbook retains the explicit command for a later recovery drill.
