Allow to revoke grant

Hi,

This PR add the parameters 'ensure' on the mysql::grant resource. If you set this to 'absent' the mysql grant will be revoke but the database will not be deleted (I think this is more safe).

I just try to update the README and it seem I didn't have enough right.
As I see here https://github.com/orgs/example42/teams/mysql/repositories there is no repository linked to the group. Can you add the puppet-mysql repository to the group ?
