The packages 0.2.2 never got. 0.2.2 reached crates.io and stopped there:
its packaging/debian/changelog entry named Tuesday for a Wednesday, lintian
refuses a package on that, and the fix landed after the tag was cut. A pushed
tag is spent, so the way to a buildable package is the next number.

Nothing a person using the editor will notice has changed since 0.2.2. The
German support, the Windows and macOS packaging and the macOS save path are
0.2.2's and are listed under it. What changed since is documentation — the
plan became DESIGN.md and PLAN.md, and the references followed — and one
fix to the translation tooling: po/pseudo.sh forces the catalogue's charset
to UTF-8 before the pseudolocale filter runs, because msgen writes
charset=ASCII where every message is ASCII and msgfilter then drops the
accents and padding the filter had just added.

For anyone installing from apt or from a release page, this is where 0.2.2's
work arrives.
