V3.5.4 - ExChek Enterprise Plugin

The dashboard fills itself. exchek-classify can now mirror compliance-pipeline status to the app.exchek.us Transactions page as it works — opt-in, metadata-only, and silent for free users.

• New plugin setting transaction_sync (ask default / on / off). Three gates before any event is recorded: the Step 0 CUI gate (absolute — flagged engagements never sync and are never even asked), an authenticated ExChek connection, and user consent folded into the step 1 question set.
• New reference transaction-sync.md: the complete allowed-fields list, label discipline (category words only — with right/wrong examples), the milestone→event map (jurisdiction, classify, screen, memo render), fire-and-forget failure handling, and the user's revocation controls.
• Events recorded: jurisdiction (EAR/ITAR) at confirmation, classify (final ECCN) at approval, screen (list name or hit class — never the party) when screening runs or pending when deferred, and a note with the DOC number after an Enterprise render.
• Orchestrator passes its tx_XXX id through so dashboard transactions line up with the local audit log; license/export-docs stages stay with their own skills.
