Concept for Basics

Add a concept exercise for the Basic concept. It should cover:

• Variable Initialization
• Calling Functions
• Comments

The exercise of choice shall be Lasagna. It is widely adopted and covers everything we need.

I still have to write about.md and think about how it should be different to the introduction.md.

One point is whitespace. I think it is important to know how it is handled in c++, but not necessary before the first concept.

One of the hardest things to grasp about (any) languages is its relation to its runtime. I.e. the machine. C++ (as with C) is an imperative language, it has statements that instructs the machine to do things. We're not talking of IO, but statements such as int i{1}; is an instruction. Not merely some idea of a name bound with a value. Most (if not all that I came across) language tutorials quickly skip this core fact, try to lay down fundamental constructs of the language and move on to a game of problem solving given those tools. This grows into a game of framework usage tweaking trying to achieve some application result. This is all high level and desired (most of the time) but that missing fundamental link makes all code magic. Say the right word, and it will (magically) happen.
