Summary:
This pull request updates the reference to “Twitter” in the Recommended resources section of the documentation to reflect the recent rebranding of Twitter to “X”. This change ensures that the documentation is up-to-date and aligns with current platform branding.

Details:
Updated the term “Twitter” to “X” in the RESOURCES.md file.
The link to the social media platform remains the same, as the URLs are still valid.
Rationale:
This update was made to maintain the accuracy and relevance of the documentation following Twitter’s official rebranding to “X”. Keeping the documentation current helps users easily identify the platform being referred to and ensures consistency across the project.

Issue Reference:
This PR is related to issue #498.

Testing:
Verified that the documentation renders correctly with the updated terminology.
No functional changes to the codebase, only documentation updates.
