do some basic lint checking on submit - particularly format code

I noticed that initial students don't watch the quality assistant messages that much - and we could do some basic checks when they submit - particularly format code as the mentor view is quite narrow.

Exercism is looking at getting tracks to build some of this in (and its quite easy for us with quality assistant) - but this would be a good first step to making mentoring easier
