I'm still playing with Julia formatters, but meanwhile I want to get this out of the way.

I'll probably do more of these date/time exercises. It's useful for me to get familiar with lubridate before I try writing up the concept.

I don't know if this exercise would even be possible in Base R. You would be mad to try it.

Also, a regular rhythm of exercise PRs keeps the CI cache alive, saving 30 minutes each time (OK, that's not a great reason).
