I'm still playing with Julia formatters, but meanwhile I want to get this out of the way.
I'll probably do more of these date/time exercises. It's useful for me to get familiar with
lubridatebefore I try writing up the concept.I don't know if this exercise would even be possible in Base R. You would be mad to try it.
