protein-translation: keep names uppercase

This is to stay consistent with canonical-data and the instructions. Users can more easily copy-paste the names from the instructions.

This PR touches files which potentially affect the outcome of the tests of an exercise. This will cause all students' solutions to affected exercises to be re-tested.
