The big one. Confirm screens never painted (they're the only screen type missing a menu-header status bar) — so the transcript confirm, the active CC menu, and the post-response screen were all invisible, stranding the loop. You were tapping blind. Fixed: confirm screens now carry a menu-header and display.
Post-response: Claude's reply now renders as an interactive frame — the response + the active menu options (Record prompt / Switch / Exit) — instead of dead text you had to force-quit out of.
Warm STT (server, already live): the ~12 s 'transcribing…' was a cold model load on every request. Now loaded once at startup → sub-second transcriptions (verified COLD 10.7 s → WARM 0.03 s).
