This release supersedes rc.4. It fixes the existing-installation update path by restarting Docker after parking, starting the candidate WebUI first, rebasing managed skills through Forge's existing release API, and starting agent chat only after that succeeds. Failed candidate UI or managed-skill updates are left cleanly retryable.

The corrected non-wipe installer was run on the supported phone and completed with Docker running, WebUI healthy, agent chat healthy, and final output READY. Existing provider configuration was preserved.

Forge remains pinned to dec42390c015f760bdc878edb724b9f383a1f12f. Google firmware is not redistributed; run prepare-firmware.sh with the supported Google factory ZIP before install.sh.
