Why

Resolve https://github.com/expo/eas-cli/security/dependabot/181 by updating the vulnerable glob transitive dependency in the root lockfile.

How

Updated the root Yarn lockfile entries for vulnerable glob 10.x ranges to resolve to 10.5.0.

Added a changelog entry for the lockfile dependency bump.
