Pin the Edit engine version

extend edit and extend detect-form now accept an --engine-version flag to choose the Edit engine used for form filling and detection:

extend detect-form form.pdf --engine-version 1.0.0-beta
extend edit form.pdf --schema schema.json --engine-version 1.0.0-beta

Pass an exact version (e.g. 1.0.0-beta) for reproducible results, or latest for the latest stable version. When the flag is omitted, the server default (0.0.1) applies, so existing scripts behave exactly as before. The run object reports the resolved exact version under config.engineVersion.

Also in this release:

• Webhooks: the --events catalog now documents the new form_detection_run.processed and form_detection_run.failed event types.
• The bundled Go SDK is updated to v0.6.0.
