Add tab and space replacement options
This update introduces two new command-line flags:
--replace-tabs-with-spaces and --replace-spaces-with-tabs, allowing
users to specify how tab characters and runs of spaces should be handled
during formatting.
Refactor output handling for CLI commands
This update changes the output behavior of the check and write
commands to clearly separate issue reporting from summary output. Issues
are now written to stderr, while summaries are printed to stdout only
when issues are present. The logging mechanism has also been updated to
ensure correct output redirection during command execution.
Switch to CalVer
We are switching from SemVer (https://semver.org) to CalVer
(https://calver.org) versioning. Users can now choose between stable
(vYYYY.MM.DD) and prerelease (vYYYY.MM.DD.hhmm-prerelease) versions,
with automated version formatting based on the current date.
