  • New NextDNS features:

    • Logs Page (#10)

  • New NextDNS control-only mode: You can now use ADNS to control your NextDNS profile without requiring Shizuku or ADB permissions.

  • New activation status page: Easily view your current Private DNS permission status.

  • Wi-Fi rules: Set up the Wi-Fi rules service directly from settings to automatically disable Private DNS on specific networks.

  • State notifications: Now powered by a background service for significantly better accuracy. You may need to re-enable this feature from the new notifications settings page.

  • Generic provider support: For supported generic providers (non-NextDNS), you can now choose between different public servers with varying blocking filters (ads, adult content, trackers, etc.).

  • Flexible toggle modes: Choose your preferred toggling behavior when turning Private DNS off: "Off" (no DNS used) or Android's "Automatic" mode (uses DNS when the network supports it).

  • Language selection: Choose your preferred language to use with ADNS. Head over to Weblate to help translate ADNS into your language!

  • Appearance customization: Easily switch between dark and light modes, and enable dynamic colors in the appearance settings.

  • Improved NextDNS login flow.

  • UI and Performance improvements.
