Workspaces nav, buy & sell

via, avoid and item selections now pop out a list editor suitable for the required input.

Additional fixes

Blue buttons:

All buttons in popouts were incorrectly blue even if Elite theme was selected. This has been corrected. Buttons are now orange.

Results stability

A real bug existed in generic result rendering because table row identity was not stable/unique. That was fixed by moving to stable synthetic row IDs. This stopped odd disappearing / unstable result behaviour.

Large result-set rendering bug

Very large buy result sets could overwhelm the client-side table rendering path. Broad searches such as large categories over large radii could cause heavy CPU load and then bounce the UI back to input with cleared results. Pagination fixed that path. The app now survives deliberately absurd searches, including roughly 31k-row result sets, without falling over.

Documentation fix

Various usage hints and other similar text in the GUI was very poorly written by the AI. Fixed a load in this set of changes. Will continue to deal with them as and when I find/notice that kind of thing.
