SKILL v2.6.0 — 统一许可声明

  • 修复矛盾：SKILL.md frontmatter 原写 license: MIT，与仓库 LICENSE 文件（个人使用·禁止商用再分发）冲突
  • 统一为 LicenseRef-Personal-Use（SPDX 自定义许可标识），与 LICENSE 文件一致
  • landing page footer 同步改为 Personal Use License
