  • The README is rewritten for people, not for the code: the problem, the solution and
    four lines (gather, think, decide, get shit done), then the install. The long
    technical half moves to docs/how-it-works.md and the wiki, where the README links.
  • docs/references.md: the books, papers and tools the method, the voices and the
    engine are built on, each with what was taken and where it shows up. Also a wiki page.
  • setup.sh is gone; install.sh has done its job since 0.1. Unused weekly-question
    labels are dropped from tools/locale/*/thinking_loop.json.
