The docs follow the README's four lines. Each page opens with the line it serves
(gather, think, decide, get shit done) or says it is setup. docs/how-it-works.md is
regrouped under the four lines with a new get-shit-done section, and docs/scripts.md
names its sections the same way.
"Every command proposes and you paste" becomes "the machine proposes and you apply",
and "the same five steps" becomes "the same loop", wherever they appeared.
Link labels in docs/commands.md, docs/thinking-clearer.md and docs/scripts.md read
as page names, and docs/syncing.md points at the reference setup in docs/how-it-works.md instead of a README section that no longer exists.
