• gh pr-watcher list [--json]: your open PRs as a run sees them, the ones that need you first, with state, CI, reviews and what the last run did. Changes nothing. #4
• doctor gains a notifications check; install takes --[no-]notify-changes-requested and --[no-]notify-ci-failed.
