PlatformUIBundle changes between v2.0.0 and v2.0.1

NOTE: Most of these changes here are actually not relevant for v2, they are merged up from v1 however are not used by the new v2 Admin UI. See changes for Studio UI Bundle which is what is actually now the only thing using Platform UI Bundle, for clues on relevant fixes for v2.
