fix(release): preserve workspace Cargo wildcards

Summary

• preserve wildcard versions for local Cargo path dependencies during release-PR synchronization
• recover the canonical dependency style from the release commit parent so an already-normalized candidate is repaired
• keep release validation strict and make the WASIX Node-API contract fixture follow the synchronized runtime version

Validation

• replayed the exact PR chore(release): prepare main releases #182 release diff on this fix commit
• passed the complete local release gate on that repaired candidate
• passed policy-tools:rust-lint and oliphaunt-wasix-rust:package on the repaired candidate
• passed focused release tests, JS format/lint, metadata, and repo:tooling
