Core Features:
- Open local repositories as workspaces
- Kanban-style task board (columns: Icebox, Improving, Planned, In Progress, Done, Blocked)
- Task detail panel with title, description, status, assignee
- Task attachments and comments
- SQLite persistence for tasks, events, and attachments
- Agent Integration:

- Codex agents require local setup: Users need Codex CLI installed and running (codex app-server)
- No direct GitHub integration: Roadmap item
- Limited agent customization: Only Patty & Bob built-in
- No web automation/browser integrations: Roadmap item
- Single model provider: Only Codex supported, more coming
- No auto-update: Manual reinstall needed for updates
