Alex ACT Plugin Mall v3.0.0 publishes 365 first-party curated plugins as an installable GitHub Copilot CLI marketplace, closing the in-place migration from v2.0.0 approved in ADR-014.

Install

Compatibility scope

  • Installation is opt-in and user-invoked. Publication does not mutate heirs (ADR-015).
  • Edition v4.2.0 heirs install via the guided Mall 3 nested path with Mall 2 root fallback and exact .install.json component_paths.
  • Edition 3.x and 4.1 heirs are explicitly outside the Mall 3 compatibility claim.

What is in

  • 365 curated plugins across 21 categories, converted to CLI-native shape (skills nested one level, agents, commands, MCP servers, and hooks folders).
  • Strict .github/plugin/marketplace.json with 365 unique names and 365 unique sources.
  • All payloads at or below the 100-file Copilot CLI Windows limit.
  • External discovery catalog unchanged: 3,912 plugins across 49 stores.

Rollback

Annotated tag v2.0.0 is the rollback anchor if post-GA defects surface.
