First release of Shift.

• Run several coding tasks in parallel with Claude Code or Codex, each in its own Git worktree, branch and dev server.
• Test each task in your browser, look at the diff, and merge into your base branch.
• Answer agent questions and approvals from the app; get notified when a task is ready.
• Push merged work to your remote.
