Fixes

• Fixed Home Assistant startup failure while registering the DAZE sidebar panel
• Removed the unsupported handle_safe_area argument from async_register_panel()
• Improved compatibility with the current Home Assistant panel registration API
• Updated frontend cache/version marker to 0.2.1
