Major architecture update.

What's new

• Moved DAZE entity discovery from JavaScript to the Python backend
• Uses Home Assistant Entity Registry metadata
• Uses stable ha-daze unique ID keys for entity discovery
• Added dedicated backend entity mapping
• Added live WebSocket subscription
• Relevant DAZE state changes are pushed directly to the panel
• Frontend no longer searches or depends on Home Assistant entity IDs
• No additional DAZE cloud polling
• Improved compatibility with renamed Home Assistant entities

Privacy

No personal Home Assistant entity IDs, home names, room names, wallbox serials
or custom helper entities are hardcoded or displayed.
