- packages/themes/meta: new @xds/theme-meta anchored to CDS Default (XMDS) - Optimistic → Figtree → system font fallback - CDS color tokens (primary button #0064E0 both modes, correct surfaces/text/dividers) - CDS radii (button 16/18/22px, card 32px, input 16px) - CDS typography scale (body 15px, h3 17px, h1/2 24px) - apps/sandbox: Meta Theme Components page at /pages/meta-theme/ - All 15 component sections grouped by Storybook category - Light/dark toggle - apps/sandbox/layout.tsx: load Figtree via next/font/google
