docs: add magic comment anchors for code block referencing (#11617)

Description

Adds a magic comment anchor to the readVersionDocs function.

Motivation

This allows the Docusaurus documentation to reference and link directly to this specific logic using the // anchor-next-line syntax, as requested in #11617.

Test Plan

• Visual inspection of the code to ensure the comment follows the magic comment spec.
• Verified that existing doc loading tests still pass.
