Yes, at the moment the numpy stubs are pretty minimal - I did just enough to have some demos and convince myself the type system will work fine, and I didn't make a package yet.

I'll aim to make a package the third week of August (I'm on vacation until then) if no one else can pick it up first. I can also try to fill out more of the surface area although that will take time, for the moment my top priority is till Pytorch (whose stubs are much further along)
