Summary: Set package versions to `0.76.0-main` (`0.75-stable` branch was cut). **Note**: The internal versioning script we run to make this update has the following change: > `packages/react-native/` is now versioned with other workspace packages with `js1 publish react-native <version>`, replacing the previous static `1000.0.0` version. > Conceptually, this simplifies versioning in the `react-native` repo so that all project workspaces (`packages/*`) are written as the same version string — equivalent to `lerna version`.
