current https://github.com/facebook/react-native/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md only shows
so it looks like New Arch is the default for v0.75 |

Thanks for spotting this @leotm . We definitely need to do a pass at the changelog before 0.75.0 because we do have several uncategorized commits to sort out |
