Summary: Pull Request resolved: facebook#46231 Removes this option from `npx react-native start`. Flipper will no longer be the default launch flow in 0.76. The debugger frontend variant remains controlled by `target.reactNative.capabilities?.prefersFuseboxFrontend`. This will always be Fusebox, since D60893243.
