Summary: Updates Fresco from 3.5.0 to 3.6.0. Picks up a few new features and bug fixes for XML drawables, including a required fix that [automatically supplies the XML drawable factory to Fresco's PipelineDraweeControllerBuilder](facebook/fresco@e6b0526).
