LGTM. Needs rebase and resolution of merge conflicts.
Summary: Add stats "NUM_SYNC_PREFETCH" and "NUM_ASYNC_PREFETCH" that tells number of synchronous and asynchronous calls made in FilePrefetchBuffer. Test Plan: Update existing unit tests.
