DISPENSO_USE_SYSTEM_CONCURRENTQUEUE=ON builds again. 1.6.1 required find_package(concurrentqueue 1.0.5 CONFIG REQUIRED), which no installed concurrentqueue can satisfy: upstream's CMakeLists.txt reads project(concurrentqueue VERSION 1.0.0) at every release including v1.0.5, so the config version file it installs always reports 1.0.0 -- a value matching no released tag. A correct 1.0.5 installation was rejected, so the vcpkg port and any source build against the upstream CMake package failed to configure. The version argument has been removed; the ABI concern that motivated it is real but cannot be expressed through this package, and the code now says so.
Build system
Added a CI job covering DISPENSO_USE_SYSTEM_CONCURRENTQUEUE=ON. It is the configuration the vcpkg and conan ports ship and nothing exercised it, so a break reached a release before anyone noticed.
