Is SAM 3 open source

Could someone confirm that SAM 3 can be used for commercial use. SAM 3 has an new SAM license. It would be great help if someone would confirm if it is same as the Apache 2.0 license or is there any restrictions added.

A github issue is not the place for a legal question. Read the license and consult with a lawyer, if you had done any self service you would have seen the phrase "Apache 2.0 license" is not found within the license, meaning it cannot be "the same". Please close this issue.
