• Corrected the core evaluation logic to resolve a "sticky profile" bug, ensuring the system reliably reverts to the baseline profile when automation rules are no longer met.
• Added the ability to use sunrise and sunset times for time context rules.
• Updated debug scene and profile selector scene UI to match
• Added a passive location listener (will try fused > passive > network > gps in that order)  via Java (to use instead of %LOCN) and an active location refresher based on wifi connected state, WiFi scanning enabled and movement speed
• Added a wifi context rule (no location services needed to get SSID for Root, Shizuku or ADB WiFi)
• Committed contexts.json into a global variable and ensure that disk reads are minimized (on CRUD context rules and daily at 3 AM)
