Windows hotfix

  • Fixes Qwen3-ASR 1.7B model downloads failing with 403 Forbidden after redirecting to the ModelScope CDN.
  • Sends a stable versioned User-Agent for both initial and resumed model downloads.
  • Adds regression coverage for fresh downloads and Range-based resume requests.

Download VoiceInput.exe for Windows x64. It is self-contained and does not require a separate .NET installation.

The Windows executable is currently unsigned, matching previous releases. The supported installer and updater verify the GitHub-provided SHA-256 digest.
